Shells and Fish

There are a few things going on here.  This print is again of things I have collected at the seaside, such as shells and mermaids purses.  I have added the plastic fish again.  I am now starting to think about the ecological damage that happens with too much plastic gets into the sea.  If I don't collect these bloody fish, they will just end up on landfill or in the sea, where creatures will die trying to eat them!  Will do some research.  Have been thinking about various aspects of this subject lately, probably since I went to the Ghosts of Gone Birds exhibition recently.   facebook.com/ghostsofgonebirds for the latest news.  Fantastic exhibition. Might have mentioned it before. About endangered and extinct birds.
www.greenpeace.org .... search plastic pollution. Wished I had never looked it up. Most distressing. More distressing than I had imagined.
